Anthony Middle School Receives A Grand!
Thank you so much to John Hustad, who donated his beautiful 6'7" 1975 Kimball grand piano to Vega Productions in April. We put out a notice to Minneapolis Public Schools of our baby grand in waiting and they matched it up to Anthony Middle School in South Minneapolis. With the help of Schmitt Music, the piano made it's way to Anthony Middle School and was played at the school's Spring concert held last month. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen including John Hustad, Schmitt Music, Pat Teske at MPS and Anthony Middle School Music Director Brian Vander Heul - one of the most dedicated and passionate music instructors that we have encountered so far!
