VEGA NEW YEAR'S EVE INFO


Vega New Year's Eve with Brother Ali is almost here! We're sad to say that DJ Snuggles will not be able to be with us tonight, so Ali called in his old partner...BK-One! BK-One will be not only DJ'ing Brother Ali's set, but the late night after party as well AND Brother Ali will be performing with BK-One at the after party!

Tickets will be available for purchase online until NOON today here: http://www.vegaproductions.org/events/vega-new-years-eve/. After that, you can purchase tickets in person at either Electric Fetus or Fifth Element in Minneapolis OR AT THE DOOR at the Marriott City Center. There will be tickets available at the door as the grand ballroom holds 2000 people.

The Silver Ticket


Hidden deep inside one of the Minnesota Beatle Project Vol. 2 double white vinyl LPs is a silver ticket that can be redeemed for a very limited-edition John Lennon solid silver proof issued by the UK Royal Mint. The proof was offered for sale to the public earlier this year to commemorate the 30th year of his tragic death and sold out within 24 hours. Vega Productions has one of these rare coins(unopened, new in the box) that's waiting to find a home with it's new owner.

You can purchase the double vinyl LPs from Electric Fetus, Tune Town and other fine independent record stores throughout Minnesota.

Minnesota Beatle Project Vol. 2 hits shelves today! You can find the album in all Minnesota Targets and Target.com, independent music retailers across the country including Electric Fetus, iTunes, Amazon, Rhapsody and more.

100% of the net proceeds benefit music and art programs in Minnesota public schools. In 2010, more than 6,000 MN students received support from the sale of Minnesota Beatle Project Vol. 1. With Vol. 2, we're hoping to increase that number to 10,000+
